Melissa is a creative director with 15+ years of international experience spanning advertising, social and digital content, branding, UX, and film. Having lived in Sydney, Singapore, and Tokyo, she moves fluidly between global and Japanese markets, translating cultural nuance into ideas that land. Her background includes leadership roles at McCann Japan, Dentsu Isobar and Geometry Ogilvy alongside brand-side experience at Sony and a local cosmetic brand, with award-winning campaigns and global teams under her direction. Whether starting from zero or reshaping creative for an established giant, she brings clarity, instinct, and a strong point of view to every brief.
Takahiro is an award winning creative director and film director with two decades of experience across TV commercials, digital film, social activation, and music video. His practice runs the full spectrum: script, planning, direction, shooting, and edit, giving him complete creative ownership from concept to delivery. He has partnered with Dentsu, Hakuhodo, and McCann, and taken on direct to client work without agency involvement, a range that speaks to both his craft and his trust with brands.
Together, Melissa and Takahiro have built a body of work recognized at Cannes Lions, ADFEST, Gerety Awards, Spikes Asia, MAD STARS, Shots Awards Asia Pacific, and MTV Video Music Awards Japan, spanning brand experience, cinematography, and integrated campaigns. Their partnership pairs Melissa's strategic creativity and cross market fluency with Takahiro's directorial craft, producing work that moves comfortably between global brand ambition and the cultural specificity of the Japan market.
